Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.
Serendipity Labs provides a flexible, private office environment, coworking memberships, day passes, meeting space, and an event venue. We currently have 2 locations at 21 E. State Street on Capitol Square and at 886 N. High Street in the heart of the Short North.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
Our mission is to deliver an upscale, hospitality-based workplace experience that can serve as an extension for businesses and a home base for established, independent professionals. We aim to build a network of inviting, inspirational members-only workplaces, combining state-of-the-art workplace design, technology, and security with the highest service level standards.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
The Columbus Chamber consistently shares valuable and relevant events for the community, and their willingness to connect businesses within the community to meaningful contacts is what we find to be the most beneficial.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Networking, networking, networking! It’s so important to connect with industry-specific groups. However, I often find that going outside of our network is a great way to find something unexpected that adds something new and interesting to business. Stay open-minded when engaging with new contacts!

What is your company culture like?
Because we attract so many different types of people and businesses, our culture is quite diverse. However, because all these people and businesses have similar needs for their own businesses, they are able to make connections that they otherwise may not have had they not joined our Lab.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
Tenacity, creativity, and a sense of humor. All of these characteristics allow us to connect with people in more memorable and valuable ways.
What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
Columbus has “big city” opportunity for growth with the personality of the Midwest. There is a lot of opportunity here to establish and grow business while getting to work with people who are likable and trustworthy. It’s because of this that you will see more of Serendipity Labs in the near future. We can’t wait to continue to grow with this great city!
