Jane Arthur Roslovic Joins BIA Board of Trustees

Treplus Communities is pleased to announce that Jane Arthur Roslovic will serve on the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) Board of Trustees which is the governing body of the Association. The Board is comprised of a unique group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, and each person brings their own expertise and talent to the table. The Board members are all volunteers who invest a great deal of time and energy into the betterment of BIA members’ work and personal environments.

Jane is a Managing Partner at Treplus Communities and has served in this role since 2012. She and her sister Ann Arthur Cook and brother Geoff Arthur have identified and acquired 368 multifamily units and secured more than $65 million in financing. Jane has served on the board of Broad Street Financial Company, Treplus’ parent company, since 2007. In early 2019, Jane also became a National Association of Home Builders CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) Specialist.

Jane began her successful career by managing over 500 multi-family apartments as well as developing $10 million in residential real estate. In addition, Jane acquired, managed, increased the value of and subsequently sold a small manufacturing business. She has served on the Boards of Trustees for Central Ohio organizations including: The Columbus School for Girls, Urban Growth, Franklin Park Conservatory and the Charles Kleibacker Fund at The Columbus Museum of Art. Jane is a member of Women Presidents Organization and Urban Land Institute and a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
