Jane Arthur Roslovic, Managing Partner for Treplus Communities, a leading Midwest developer of luxury active adult communities has accepted an appointment to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Housing Industry Council Board of Trustees and will concurrently serve on the NAHB Leadership Council. The 55+ Housing Industry Council serves builders and industry professionals who work in the strongest growth segment of today’s housing market: meeting the needs of aging, but vibrant baby boomers. NAHB supports the council as the only national organization that focuses on the needs of 55+ residential builders, developers and their clients. Members produce housing that will be in high demand now and throughout the next decade. They communicate and collaborate with other 55+ professionals to make deals and valuable business connections as well as discuss industry issues.
The NAHB 55+ Housing Industry Council also provides valuable educational programs and networking opportunities for builders and associate members who serve the rapidly growing 55+ housing market. Similary, the Leadership Council is made up of builder and associate members who have been nominated by their local and state associations to act as the voice of the home building industry as the association discusses legislative and regulatory issues.
