Three Central Ohio business leaders to be honored at Chamber Annual Meeting, April 28

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce has named three finalists for its 2021 Small Business Leader Award presented by First Merchants Bank.

The award recipient will be announced and honored at the Columbus Chamber’s Annual Meeting, Adapt, on April 28.

The Small Business Leader Award is well-known and respected in the Columbus community for recognizing qualities like leadership, business excellence and contributions to the community and has honored small business leaders for over thirty years.

“As advocates for the small business community, the Chamber has the honor of acknowledging all of the hard work and contributions of these exceptional business leaders,” said Don DePerro, president and CEO of the Columbus Chamber. “Our finalists have helped to shape the greater Columbus community through their passion, leadership, and innovative approach to business.”

The 2021 finalists include:

Jason Baker, S-E-A Limited
Carrie Boyd, M+A Architects
Greg Guy, Air Force One

Each finalist was selected following an extensive vetting process by a committee of judges who consider a competitive set of criteria.

Adapt, the Chamber’s 2021 Annual Meeting, is a two-part event with a virtual program taking place April 28 and an in-person networking event to be announced at a later date.

In addition to honoring the Small Business Leader Award and Columbus Award recipients, the Chamber’s Annual Meeting will feature keynote presentations from the following business and community leaders: Jeni Britton Bauer, Shawn Holt, Dave Kaufman, David Berson and The Edge Sisters, represented by Christie Angel, Sandy Doyle-Ahern and Sue Zazon.
