COLUMBUS, Ohio – Award-winning digital marketing agency, Futurety, is hosting a virtual event to address Google’s Core Web Vitals update. The free event will occur June 15, at 2 p.m. via Zoom. Registration can be found here.
Futurety is holding this event to thoroughly explain to businesses of all sizes, the Core Web Vitals update will change the future of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and where your website will rank on Google.
In addition, Futurety will suggest ways to improve each Core Web Vital in order to receive a higher ranking on Google.
The purpose of this update is to enhance user experience by decreasing website load time, decreasing the amount of time it takes for a website to respond to a user interacting with it and decreasing the amount of moving elements on a website.
According to Futurety Digital Marketing Specialist, Daley Herzberg, “Google will reward the websites with a good Core Web Vitals Score by ranking them higher and punishing those with bad scores by ranking them lower.”
This update is important for large and small businesses alike because these Core Web Vitals will affect all website rankings and according to Search Engine Journal, not many websites have proper scores in all three categories, leading to lower rankings.
Educating people is essential for adapting.
