LOTH Inc. has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by Columbus CEO. This is the third year in a row LOTH Inc. has received this impressive honor.
This unique award program recognizes companies solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including: alignment, execution, connection, leadership, engagement, and others. Companies are then ranked in categories based on size to determine recipients in each category.
