EXCEL Management Systems provides a comprehensive suite of information technology services to commercial, government, and non-profit clients throughout Ohio and across North America. EXCEL works both onsite and offsite to provide diagnosis and repair, software and hardware maintenance, cybersecurity, and cloud-based disaster recovery and business continuity services.

EXCEL is an award-winning Information Technology management firm that helps organizations transform their infrastructure and adapt to change by systematically aligning people, processes, and intelligent devices. We manage the creation, implementation, and monitoring of innovative technical solutions that improve our client’s business and organizational performance.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
EXCEL is excited to be a part the Chamber of Commerce family of thriving businesses. We look forward to interacting with other COC members for marketing outreach, public relations initiatives, and community support.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Information technology is among the most rapidly changing areas of the global economy. Keeping abreast of the rapid advancements in software, hardware, and networking capabilities is central to EXCEL’s mission and core competency. We take these efforts seriously on behalf of our clients, so that they can focus instead on their own strengths and services.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Experience with, and knowledge of computer and networking systems is mandatory, but just as important is the drive to understand, support, and assist the client with the business challenges that their technology infrastructure exists to support.
