Our mission is to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to our individual and business customers using quality products and continually providing a high level of customer satisfaction without exception. Our employees have over 100 years of combined experience helping our customers navigate the insurance market. We pair this knowledge with leading-edge technology to offer the best solutions to our clients.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We are looking forward to using the marketing tools from the Columbus Chamber. The tools that are provided will help our agency make connections, build relationships, and expand our brand in the Columbus Community.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We stayed engaged with trends in our industry through dedicated research and review of the marketplace. Some of our resources include benefit and compliance material we subscribe too, communication with insurance carriers, and insurance related membership groups. There is continual change in the insurance industry. Our agency must diligently stay up to date with rules and regulations to best communicate to our customers.
What is your company culture like?
Our company culture is positive, supportive, and a close knit family atmosphere. Everyone is helpful to each other to encourage an environment for success
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
It takes patience and strong communication skills. Taking the time to understand insurance products and staying up to date on rules and regulatory changes can be a challenge. Maintaining patience during this process is important. Strong communication skills are just as important. There are a lot of moving parts of insurance that need to be communicated in an effective manner during the entire consulting process.
What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
It is a great place to do business because of its continual population growth and diverse business community. Columbus is the largest city in the state of Ohio and in the top 20 largest cities in the country.
