Mission Statement:
We build IT and Security solutions that solve problems and deliver peace of mind through trust and technology. We also develop passionate, growth minded teams that care about each other and our clients.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We are excited for the opportunities to connect with the Columbus community and to utilize this platform to educate others on how they can protect their businesses. We are grateful to be able to leverage the Chamber of Commerce’s talented team to promote the Prime brand through events, webinars, and introductions.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We are always in the process of vetting new products. When a new technology is introduced, our engineers are the first to learn everything they can about it, spending hours to ultimately decide if it is beneficial or simply a fad. Along with vetting products, we are engaged in several industry-leading associations including ASIS, NRF, RILA, LPF, LPRC, and Security-Net.
What is your company culture like?
To work at Prime is to have a community of peers coaching you and cheering you on to become the best version of yourself. Prime team members are allowed to fail forward and are given a myriad of resources for personal and professional development. Our people are respectful of one another and embrace each other’s differences.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
To be a successful Prime team member is fairly simple, you have to be aligned with our values, the skills can be developed along the way.
What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
With several enterprise clients and technical team members located in the area, it made sense for Prime to establish a physical presence to better serve those clients as well as provide the Columbus, Ohio area with an additional option to fulfill their technology needs.
