Reach Partners is a woman-owned, rapidly growing consulting firm serving global organizations, across the public and private sectors. Reach helps organizations deliver measurable and sustainable results, no matter where they are in their journey of transformation. Our methodologies are rooted in powerful storytelling and road mapping to help clients operationalize their digital strategies and build sustainable results in an agile marketplace.

The Reach team is comprised of prior sitting C-level executives and Senior Leaders, with decades of transformational experience. What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We place high value on serving the greater Ohio community and building relationships with business leaders across multiple industries. We look forward to partnering with, and learning from, the leaders who are shaping the landscape in Columbus and beyond.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends in retail, consumer product goods, and healthcare (profit and nonprofit). We also help our private equity and venture capital Clients leverage industry trends in order to accelerate growth and transformation within their own asset portfolios.

We have industry thought leaders on our Team who help keep us abreast of trends for the Clients we serve and publish industry articles and white papers. We are actively engaged in industry discussions through podcasts, webinars, Clubhouse conversations and other events. Need a speaker at your event? Our executives are frequently asked to speak on topics such as retail reinvention, digital transformation, customer experience, cybersecurity and more. We seek opportunities to learn from industry data, and we use storytelling as a way to visualize trends.

What is your company culture like?
We are HUMAN first. To honor our first core value, “HUMAN”, we begin each and every day with a Team check-in (our daily “Morning Mashup”). We believe in the power of storytelling as a way to build belonging and strengthen inclusive relationships, so we take turns answering a Question of the Day. We seek to know each other on a HUMAN level before getting down to business. After a little storytelling, we go through our wins from the day before, and what we are looking forward to working on that day. We share our successes and our struggles.

We are RESPECTFULLY DIRECT with each other—with our internal Team and with our Clients. We take EXTREME OWNERSHIP in everything that we do. We do not blame others, but rather, we seek a leadership model that empowers us and those around us to own our work.
