Mark Bryan is an Associate and Senior Interior Designer with M+A Architects, a Central Ohio-based firm that is known for its smart and sustainable design with clients like White Castle, Ohio State University and Steiner + Associates.
M+A’s mission is to enrich lives through innovative design, which means Mark and his fellow team members are continuously working to push boundaries on projects to positively influence the greater community.
“When we get great clients, we form great relationships. It’s not just a one and done after the project is finished,” said Mark about M+A’s approach to its partnerships.
The architectural firm supports a wide range of industries, including healthcare, higher education, senior living, multi-family residential and workplace through its work, and it’s newly introduced Research + Innovation team is a great testament to how spaces impact how we live, work and play.
Mark and his team are paving new paths every day to discover effective ways to combat chronic stress thanks to M+A’s dedicated focus on positive mental health and mindfulness.
“We wanted to make sure that we found ways to help our clients and help ourselves. Stress is bad for your body…People with chronic stress typically are not as productive,” said Bryan, explaining why this topic should matter to members of the business community.
As M+A continues to expand beyond Ohio and break new barriers in the industry, they’re focusing on how to better themselves, their clients and the community.
“You have to figure out what the right question is for you – what do you need to solve for,” said Bryan in regards to approaching growth in the workplace. “It’s going to be an evolution and never a straight linear line.”
