To assist Ohio’s business community in navigating the complexities of the current employment environment and aid in returning employees to work safely, Sheakley’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Workforce Management Services divisions have added three new offerings to their suite of products.

HR & RISK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Sheakley’s new HR & Risk Management Support Service provides the crucial resources and strategic planning necessary to streamline business operations, ensure compliance, limit liability, keep employees healthy, and prepare for a brighter future.

This new product includes the following standard resources:

  • Human Resources Support – Access to a Certified HR Consultant, a full HR Assessment with After-Action Report, Employee Relations Assistance, and Guidance on new & existing Federal and State Legislation
  • Risk Management Support – Access to a Safety Consultant for guidance on OSHA-related matters and full Workers’ Comp program analysis
  • Education & Training – Acess to Sheakley’s extensive Online Training Library, which includes over 600 HR & Safety topics

RETURN TO WORK PLANNING

Sheakley’s Safety team would like to aid you in returning your employees to work safely, while limiting your liability risks. They can assist you in implementing strategies and crafting a program that includes:

  • Written Return to Work & Pandemic Illness policies
  • 12 months of virtual/electronic Safety Consultation

COVID-19 SAFETY COORDINATOR

Sheakley has created a temporary, full-time COVID-19 Safety Coordinator position to help businesses that are seeking safety professionals with the knowledge and expertise to help them prevent and combat the spread of illness among their employees.

The COVID-19 Safety Coordinator will be the main resource for planning, implementing, and communicating a cohesive virus response protocol. Duties include monitoring & distributing PPE, temperature checks of employees & guests, ensuring appropriate social distancing, training staff on safety protocols, and more.
