The venture, approved by a unanimous vote of the City Council, includes two multi-purpose industrial buildings in the New Albany International Business Park
Columbus, Ohio – May 11 2020 –VanTrust Real Estate recently closed on 33 acres of land in the New Albany International Business Park, and broke ground in April on the first of two industrial buildings to be constructed on the site. The buildings will be called Innovation I and Innovation ll. Innovation l, expected to be completed by December 2020, will include 253,000 square feet of total space, and is designed to accommodate multiple tenants. This is the second project developed by VanTrust in New Albany’s International Business Park. The first, a 302,880 square foot facility, was completed and leased last year by Hims Inc., a direct-to-consumer e-commerce health company.

The CBRE team of Jeff Lyons and Michael Mullady will be the listing agents on the project. The contractor for the building is Corna Kokosing Construction Company, with RED Architecture as the architects.
